While the paper-tag shows a Starry sky with Pilot Luke in front of the background and the Angry Birds Star Wars logo underneath.Īlleged Wave 3 Paper-tags had Darth Vader Pig and an Angry Birds Star Wars II logo in front of a mechanical background, however the set was unfortunately scrapped. The tush-tags were pink, with a colored Angry Birds Stella logo added on.Īngry Birds Star Wars tush-tags are identical to 4th gen tags except with an Angry Birds Star Wars logo replacing the traditional logo. The paper-tags were similar to 4th generation tags, however with AB Stella Artwork instead of the blue background. The same thing happened with the Hogs and Kisses set in the 4th generation as well. However, late in the 3rd generation a tag variant was introduced to replace it. The Season's Greedings and Winter sets used an icon for the original Angry Birds Seasons Christmas update. This golden egg was to signify that the plushes were limited items. Plushes in the Winter set had a slightly larger Season's Greedings tag along with a smaller "Limited Edition" Golden Egg added on. The only exceptions to this are the Go Green Get Lucky and Easter Eggs sets, which use either 2nd gen or 4th gen tags. Seasons plushes just use tush-tags from 2nd Generation onward most of the time, however the paper tag tag is different for each subset, mostly taking the form of a game icons for Angry Birds Seasons. This included exclusive 8-inch releases of certain plushes from Commonwealth's Angry Birds Space plush set, these being: In 2012 Rovio collaborated with Walmart stores to release exclusive merchandise that have hints to Golden Eggsteroid locations in the Angry Birds Space game. However later releases of plushes from the set are known to use 4th gen tush-tags instead. Normal Tush-tags from the Angry Birds Space set are mostly identical to 3rd generation tags, except they use a slightly different material. Paper-tags from the Angry Birds Space set simply feature an Eggsteroid with the Angry Birds Space logo in front of it, however the tush-tags have a little bit more story behind them. This is the only set of tags used for the Angry Birds Rio set released in late 2011. These tags were made in the same vein as the 2nd generation tags, except the paper-tag instead uses an app icon for Angry Birds Rio and the tush-tag adds an additional Rio logo underneath the Angry Birds logo. These are tags that aren't for the Classic set, but for other subsets. This tag variant has only appeared on production samples and certain plushes ordered from Salo Toys on Amazon after Commonwealth "discontinued" the Classic set, making it the rarest tag variant in existence. Tush-tags with a Commonwealth logo instead of an Angry Birds logo appeared on certain 4th gen plushes with no explanation why. This generation's tags came to use in late 2013, and have been used for future classic set production runs ever since. This generation's tush-tags also brought back the white background, but with a white logo and black outline. This generation replaces the circle tags with smaller rectangles and changes the red background to a lighter colored blue, with the trees changing along side it. These tags came around in mid 2012, along-side the release of Bubbles as well as certain plush redesigns. This generations ditches the app logos for a circular tag depicting a Red background with black trees in front, and uses a black background and white logo for the tush-tag. This tag came into use in 2011 when the plushes met a wide release.Ģnd Generation Tush-tags were also revived for the Angry Birds Movie plushes, though it is not clear why. This generation is mostly identical to the 1st Generation but features a more modern Angry Birds logo without the feathers, this logo being colored completely black on the tush-tag. Plushes with this tag were only available via pre-orders on Rovio's Angry Birds Store before 2011, making them the 2nd rarest tag variant. With the App logo used for the paper-tag. This generation features the old Angry Birds logo, with colored Yellow outlines and blue feathers on either side. These are different kinds of tags for plushes in the Commonwealth classic set, including all of the birds and pigs, no seasonal variants included.
